Get to know Harriet

I am an ICF certified, Co-Active trained Life Coach, based in the Seattle area in Washington. I also work as a Mental Health Coach for Lyra Health serving corporate clients nationwide.

Originally from the U.K. I now live in beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington with my husband, 2 children, and Aussie-Doodle, Peaches.

I was meant to be a coach and I am incredibly passionate about how coaching can empower individuals.

My journey has always been fueled by curiosity and a deep desire to ask the right questions. After university, I began my career in recruiting, focusing on start-ups—many of which were backed by private equity. This experience taught me the importance of personality fit and honed my ability to listen deeply and ask insightful questions.

I believe in creating an authentic coaching experience that is free from sales tactics. My clients come to me with an open heart and a readiness to explore the uncomfortable. While I won’t promise quick fixes, or give advice to problems, I do offer a challenging yet safe, non-judgmental space where everything you bring is welcomed.

As your wing-woman, I am committed to truly listening, challenging limiting beliefs, and offering a fresh perspective. My extensive training enables me to guide clients through challenging situations, life stressors and transitions, helping them navigate uncertainty with confidence.
